Loss replacement COVID - 19

On December 17th, the Guideline published for loss compensation! The replacement of losses that occur in the observation period between 16.09.2020 - 30.06.2021 can be requested based on a loss forecast or afterwards. The replacement rate is up to 90%.

The requirements include:
  • Company formation before September 16, 2020
  • Loss of sales of at least 30%

  • No sales compensation may have been claimed for this period
  • The application must be submitted by an auditor, tax advisor or accountant
